Sleep Products (Final Sale)

All sales are final. Value World Furniture does not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges may be permitted only in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items received and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Approved exchanges are subject to inspection and, where applicable, manufacturer warranty terms and guidelines. Due to sanitary reasons, all sleep products including mattresses, adjustable bases, protectors, pillows, murphy beds, and bedding accessories are strictly final sale, whether shipped or unshipped.

In-Stock Furniture Items

In-stock items are products available for immediate pick-up or delivery and included in our warehouse stock program. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery or pickup.

Value World Furniture is not responsible for:

  • Damage to products after delivery to your premises
  • Damage to picked-up merchandise during or after it is placed in your vehicle or mode of transportation
  • Damage to a customer’s premises or vehicle due to forced fitting delivery and/or placement

Please note that special-order products and selected in-stock merchandise are not subject to returns or exchanges. In these cases, all sales are final.

Any damage or defect must be clearly noted on the delivery/pickup copy at the time you receive the product(s).

Special Order Items (Final Sale)

All special-order items, including custom-made products, are final sale. These items cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Clearance / As-Is Items (Final Sale)

All clearance and as-is items are considered final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges apply.

Important Notes

Please be aware that natural characteristics of leather, marble, and wood may include slight variations and are not considered defects. Colors and textures may also appear slightly different under lighting in your home compared to a computer screen or our showroom lighting.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any item arrives damaged or defective, note the damage at the time of delivery and email clear photos of the issue to valueworldfurniture@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).
