At Value World Furniture, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Once your order is placed and stock is confirmed at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange delivery based on your location and availability. For orders containing multiple items, delivery will be scheduled once all items are in stock at our warehouse.
Local Deliveries (White-Glove Service)
We proudly offer White-Glove Delivery within the Lower Mainland and select surrounding areas including Hope, Rosedale, Squamish, and Whistler.
- Delivery to your preferred room (where access and safety permit)
- Assembly of purchased furniture items
- Removal of standard packaging materials
- Delivery teams cannot move or rearrange existing furniture
- Only items listed on the Bill of Sale may be handled
- No wall mounting or hardware installation
Out-of-Town Deliveries (Curbside Drop-Off)
For locations outside our local delivery region, items are delivered curbside only in original packaging. Apartment deliveries stop at lobby or loading dock level.
Delivery timelines typically range from two to three weeks once the order is ready. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timing & Scheduling
Delivery dates are scheduled after inventory confirmation. Time windows are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, or other operational factors.
Customer Responsibilities & Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring items fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators. Failed deliveries due to access issues are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Inspection, Damage & Claims
All items must be inspected at delivery. Visible damage must be noted before signing. Concealed damage must be reported promptly with photos and original packaging.
